Our primary aim in the process of re-opening our showroom and warehouse is to protect our customers and staff to the best of our ability. We aim to provide our services in the safest possible way. By implementing new technologies and procedures, we can take safe steps to offer our services to you and keep us all as safe as possible.
Both our showroom and warehouse will be open and ready to welcome you via appointment or via our planned restricted entry to ensure we have no more than two customers at any one time, this allows each customer the opportunity to browse the full range of sampling available but also ensures the safety of everyone and social distancing is achievable.
Showroom appointments will be available between 10am & 5pm Monday to Friday, and 10am & 3pm Saturdays.

Many of our other services can proceed without having to visit our showroom. Please call us on 01730 710111 or email email@example.com to discuss measuring, new and existing estimates, orders and fitting services or fill in our contact request form here. We aim to be as ‘paperless’ as possible and hope as many communications as possible will be via email for estimates, invoices and receipt, and by telephone for discussions.
We are able to provide our measuring and estimating services in your own home, bringing samples to you. Our staff will have Personal protective equipment (PPE) that they can wear and you are welcome to insist they do. They will sanitise their hands, tools and surfaces between appointments and before entering your home.
The service remains free of charge with no obligation.
Our fitting teams are also ready and waiting to carry out our services. They too will have the relevant PPE and will maintain social distancing whilst in your home. They will sanitise their hands, tools and surfaces between appointments and before entering your home.

We hope all our customers will continue to be as understanding and patient as they have been throughout this difficult time, we thank you for this. Our new procedures will work best when you work with us and follow all the Government advice regarding social distancing, travel and best practices.
We have hand sanitiser at the entrance of our showroom for customer use and we ask that when you visit us you shop alone or with only one other and maintain the 2 meter distance throughout you visit.
